Position Title: Sales Support – Off Premise

Direct Report: Team Leader

General Summary:

• Adheres to and advances the Southern Eagle Distributing, Inc. (SED) mission and vision while embodying our core values and core competencies.
• Trains and develops the proper skills including sales strategies & techniques, service, and operational responsibilities.

Essential Job Functions:

• Increase sales & distribution of SED’s total beverage portfolio.
• Secure best possible selling position for SED brands and packages including shelf space and display activity.
• Merchandise accounts with POS, build displays, and reset shelf space for dominant positioning in retail locations.
• Ensure product quality and rotation.
• Follows the proper SED training procedures and processes.
• Supports the sales team through route relief efforts during team members paid time off.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient computer skills, Word, Excel, Microsoft office
• Available to work nights, weekends, special events and other duties seen fit by SED
• Listen to and resolve service complaints, stock shelves, racks, storage areas, order signage, hang point of connection material.
• Book and conduct events related to the sale and development of SED brands.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid Florida Driver License
